By submitting an application the applicant agrees to the following:

  1. The applicant understands he or she applies for a voluntary job on ConsoleGaming.
  2. As a staff member you represent ConsoleGaming whether it be in tickets, on the forums or when you're talking to members on MSN. The applicant stays professional at all times.
  3. Applicants must be proficient with the English language.
  4. As a member of the staff team you are expected to keep a cool head in all situations. You should not be tempted to spam, flame or needlessly argue with members on the site, the forums or in instant messaging programs.
  5. You have to;
    1. Have a computer
    2. Have a console (for ladder related jobs)
    3. Have a headset and Skype for training purposes as well as in-game support for our members.
  6. The applicant has to meet the requirements, including but not limited to the minimum age, as described in the job description.
  7. You are required to follow a training course in which we will explain you how to perform your job and how to use the tools provided to you. You may also be required to follow additional training.
  8. If you're hired as a staff member, you will also agree to an non-disclosure agreements (NDA) as stated below. This means you cannot in any way release information related to the work you do, or the information you have access to during your job, without the written permission of ConsoleGaming management.
    1. During the course of the voluntary job there may be disclosed to the staff member certain trade secrets of ConsoleGaming; said trade secrets consisting but not necessarily limited to:
      1. Technical information: Methods, processes, formulae, compositions, systems, techniques, inventions, machines, computer programs and research projects.
      2. Business information: Customer lists, pricing data, sources of supply, financial data and marketing, production, or merchandising systems or plans.
    2. Applicant agrees that he shall not during, or at any time after the termination of his or her job with ConsoleGaming, use for him-/herself or others, or disclose or divulge to others including future employees, any trade secrets, confidential information, or any other proprietary data of ConsoleGaming in violation of this agreement.
    3. The staff member agrees that upon the termination of my employment from ConsoleGaming:
      1. He/she shall return to ConsoleGaming all documents and property of ConsoleGaming, including but not necessarily limited to: drawings, blueprints, reports, manuals, correspondence, customer lists, computer programs, and all other materials and all copies thereof relating in any way to ConsoleGaming's business, or in any way obtained by him or her during the course of employ. He or she further agrees that he or she shall not retain copies, notes or abstracts of the foregoing.
    4. ConsoleGaming may notify any future or prospective employer or third party of the existence of this agreement, and shall be entitled to full injunctive relief for any breach.
    5. This agreement shall be binding upon the applicant and his personal representatives and successors in interest, and shall inure to the benefit of ConsoleGaming, its successors and assigns.
  9. Your details may be stored for future reference but will not, in any way, be sold to third-party companies.
  10. ConsoleGaming can at any moment change the or add conditions to this agreement without prior notification. Please read this agreement carefully before submitting your application.
